Jobs in Italy for women in nightclubs
Italy is a major international tourism destination (over 50 million people per year). Tourism in Italy is one of the leading sectors of the economy, accounting for 12% of the GDP. Italy holds 5.6% of the global tourism market. In this regard, the country ranks 3rd in the EU after France and Spain. This means that work in Italy for women is always profitable.
Beaches, ski resorts in the Alps, stylish boutiques and fashion houses, Milan, fairytale Venice, the great Rome — this is just a small part of what awaits you if you decide to go work in Italy.
This country is full of surprises. You will love its small streets and luxurious squares, the lively and emotional Italians, the beauty and taste of its cuisine, as well as the great sport — soccer. Shopping, museum tours, beach vacations, meeting interesting people, and, of course, a great job — all this awaits you.

We offer work in Italy in clubs (retro-style) with a restaurant and live music
The clubs are located in cities such as:
- Viareggio (seaside resort)
- Carpi (district of Modena)
- Gussago (province of Brescia)
- Montecatini Terme (thermal spa in Tuscany)
- Arezzo (Tuscan region)
- Viterbo (historic city)
Depending on the season, 15 to 50 women from different countries work in the clubs
Vacancies: club hostess, women behind the bar, show dancers, artists of various genres.
- Hostesses and women on commission work in the main hall with guests. They socialize at tables with drinks and snacks.
- Show dancers or artists (women only) perform in a 10–25 minute show program. Before and after the show, they socialize with the establishment’s guests.
We don’t promise mountains of gold; we offer the opportunity to earn a decent living.
Earnings:
Salary of 50–80 euros per day + 10–60 euros per performance in the show program + a percentage for each drink.
Payment is by agreement, depending on the level of professionalism and the dance show program. Each offer is individual.
Bonuses for women who exceed the drink quota, and a raise for those who speak Italian.
Salary is paid every 15 days (a different payment schedule can be arranged).
The duties of artists and hostesses are to entertain guests: dance, create an atmosphere in the club, flirt with guests, joke, listen, and drink (only non-alcoholic drinks or champagne, if a guest orders it).
Each drink while socializing with a guest is consumed over 15–20 minutes, but the club encourages women’s ability to hold a guest’s attention longer and drink more. For example, it’s quite possible to drink 10 drinks in 30 minutes. Guests are not stingy, understanding that this is how the women earn money, especially if the woman is beautiful and pleasant to talk to.
Working hours:
From 9:00 PM/10:00 PM to 4:30 AM, and until 5:30 AM on weekends.
One day off per week.
— Official work under a contract that complies with Italian legislation on the employment of foreign citizens. The contract is signed directly at the club on the first day of work.
— The employment contract is signed for a minimum period of 2 months with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
— Medical insurance and taxes are paid by the employer.
— Accommodation in apartments or a hotel exclusively for women working at the club, with 2 women per room, and 4–6 per apartment.
The hotels and apartments are always located near supermarkets and shops. The women themselves must take care of the cleanliness of the apartments, either by cleaning themselves or by paying for a cleaner. For security reasons, access to the women’s living quarters is strictly limited. No friends, girlfriends, or relatives are allowed in the apartments.
Accommodation is paid for by the employer.
- Transportation to and from work is provided by the employer.
- All women travel to the city of work on their own. The host party will arrange to meet you at the station.
- For work at the club, women must always arrive looking neat, in sexy, stylish evening wear, but not vulgar outfits. High heels are mandatory, but not boots. Always have fairly bright evening makeup and clean, beautifully maintained, loose hair (buns, ponytails, etc. are forbidden).
- For indecent behavior, a woman may be fired after one warning.
- A minimum knowledge of at least English is required for the job. For the initial period, using a Russian-Italian dictionary right in the club is permitted.
- Artists must have their own music, costumes, and everything necessary. The club does not provide this.
- It is possible to change clubs if a woman is not satisfied with something.
