Jobs for women in Chinese nightclubs
High-paying jobs in China for women. We invite models, performers of various genres, vocalists, hostesses, and musical and dance groups to join the network of China’s largest clubs.
An artist’s duties include participating in the club’s show program, as well as maintaining a cheerful atmosphere in the club outside of the show (party girl).
One-way flight is covered for a 3-month contract, and round-trip flight is covered for a 6-month contract
The employer also covers accommodation and visa fees, and in some contracts, meals as well.
Wages range from $1,000 to $1,200 depending on the contract and the artist’s level, plus consumption fees: 80–120 yuan per bottle of champagne or 200 yuan per karaoke room—this varies by club. Additionally, generous tips are common. The average monthly income for women working with consumption fees is $3,000. There are contracts with consumption fees and strictly without them. Working hours are from 11:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with two days off per week.
Short-term contracts of 2 months on a tourist visa are also possible
- Ballet dancers—$1,200/month each
- Go-go dancers—$1,200/month and above
- Models—salary $1,100–$1,400/month
- Vocalists—$1,500/month and above
Requirements for performers:
- Age from 18 to 27 years.
- Minimum height of 170 cm.
- Work experience and language skills are not required.
- Willingness to work and earn, as well as the ability to maintain casual conversation, if applying for a contract with consumption fees.
Conditions:
Accommodation in apartments, two people per room. All necessary amenities provided in each apartment.
Two meals per day, or one meal before work and a $170 monthly allowance for meals outside the club.
Dancers perform 3–5 sets per night, each lasting 5–7 minutes.
Transportation from the venue to the hotel or apartment is provided.
Round-trip flight is covered by the employer.
A formal employment contract is signed between the employee and employer
