Job Opportunities for Hostesses and Dancers in Lebanese Nightclubs
Working abroad has always been an attractive option for our fellow citizens. And now, in such difficult times when our home economies don’t allow for advancement, working abroad has become almost the last hope for many. A job in Lebanon for young women could be the answer to your hopes. All you need to do is think it over and make a decision. We’ll take care of the rest.
Working in nightclubs in the Republic of Lebanon is a legal and socially protected activity under Lebanese law. There are no deportations.
The rules for processing documents for work visas, entry and exit, and signing and terminating contracts are uniform for all nightclubs in Lebanon and are controlled by the country’s immigration service. The basis for an entertainer’s work visa is a contract signed before entering the country. We arrange a work permit and residence permit for every employee in accordance with the law on the labor protection of foreign citizens.
We are inviting young women to apply for positions as hostesses and dancers with drink commissions, both with and without prior experience. Everything is legal, verified, safe, and guaranteed to be profitable. The key to our success in working with you is based on several important factors: integrity, a professional approach, responsibility, and a friendly attitude toward each of our entertainers.
Requirements for hostesses and dancers:
- Age 18–30;
- sociable, good communication skills;
- basic knowledge of foreign languages;
- a valid international passport;
- must be free of HIV, any form of hepatitis, and syphilis;
- you must not be pregnant;
- your passport must not contain an Israeli visa.
Since the selection is based solely on photos, you must also provide high-quality, recent pictures. The photos should not be photoshopped, have no filters, and preferably not be taken in a professional studio. It’s important for us to see the real you.
To be considered, you must send:
- Several full-length and portrait photos;
- Your age, country of residence, height and weight, any experience working abroad, the dates you plan to work in Lebanon, and any questions you couldn’t find answers to on our website.
To apply for a work visa, you must provide:
- A scan of the first page of your international passport;
- A large-format portrait photo on a white background with your hair pulled back;
- A phone number where we can contact you;
- A signed contract (we will provide the contract form after reviewing your application).

Work visa application process:
After you send your documents and signed contract, we submit everything to the immigration service in Lebanon for review and to process your work visa. The process takes 4–10 days, depending on the season and how full the club is. Once the work visa is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient departure date from your country’s capital. Getting a work visa for a job in Lebanon for women is a very simple process. If needed, the entertainer’s plane ticket can be provided on credit.
Living conditions under the contract:
A club manager will meet you at the airport. They will be responsible for you during the first few days, and you cannot travel around the country without them while your paperwork is being processed. From the airport, you will be taken directly to a hotel where only entertainers working in the clubs live. Outsiders are not allowed. Rooms are shared by 2–4 people. The rooms have everything you need (TV, shower, toilet, air conditioning, a small kitchen…).
The morning after you arrive, you will go with the manager to the immigration service. There, you will be briefed on your rights, your job, and safety precautions. You will be given the necessary embassy phone numbers.
Also on the first day, you will undergo a medical examination before you can start work: you will be tested for HIV, hepatitis, and syphilis. You will also get insurance and be registered with the tax office and the social organization for the labor protection of foreign citizens. As early as the second day, if your tests are negative, you will start working and will be free to travel around the country in your spare time.
Working conditions in the nightclub for women:
Working hours are from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. At 10:00 PM, the club’s transportation will take you from the hotel to the club. The work begins at 11:00 PM. The women take turns keeping the party going on the dance floor. All non-alcoholic drinks from the bar, as well as a few low-alcohol cocktails, are free for the women.
Club guests invite them to join their table for conversation through the maître d’. The table is served with fruit, nuts, and snacks upon request. You can order drinks of your choice; drinking alcohol is not required.
The tables are in an open area; private rooms, striptease, and toplessness are prohibited. Your job is to maintain a conversation, listen to the guest, and keep them from getting bored.
At midnight, the club has a show program featuring the dancers. At 4:00 AM, the music gets quieter. The women prepare to return to the hotel and see off the last clients. At 5:00 AM, the club’s transportation takes the women home. From 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM is your free time. The women can spend this time as they wish.

Monthly earnings under the contract for dancers, hostesses, and models:
The salary is fixed by the contract. It is 1000–1500 US dollars + a percentage from drink commissions. Guaranteed income is at least $3500 per month, with no intimacy involved.
A job in Lebanon for women is your chance. We represent the best clubs, provide constant support throughout the entire contract, and offer the best working conditions in the country.
